1. Acceptance

By accessing or using GapFeed (gapfeed.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the service.

2. The service

GapFeed is a free market gap intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data, clusters it into market gaps, and displays analysis on this website. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be available at all times or without interruption
  • The data is accurate, complete, or up to date
  • The analysis reflects actual market conditions
  • Any gap represents a viable business opportunity

3. Use of data

The gaps, signals, analysis, and other content shown on GapFeed are derived from publicly available sources. You may:

  • View and access all content on the site for free
  • Share links to individual gap pages
  • Use the information for research, inspiration, or evaluation
  • Cite GapFeed as a source with attribution

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from GapFeed without written permission
  • Republish GapFeed data as your own without attribution
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
  • Reverse-engineer the analysis methodology

4. Intellectual property

GapFeed's analysis, clustering methodology, heat scoring, and competitive intelligence are proprietary. The underlying data comes from public sources and is not owned by GapFeed. The presentation, selection, arrangement, and analysis of that data is owned by GapFeed.

Individual gap pages may be shared via direct links. Automated bulk access (APIs, scrapers, crawlers) is not permitted without prior written agreement.

5. Data sources

GapFeed collects data from publicly available sources including Reddit, Hacker News, Stack Overflow, Dev.to, YouTube, GitHub, and Google News. We respect the terms of service of each source. If any source requests removal of their data from GapFeed, we will comply.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GapFeed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Always verify independently before making business decisions based on GapFeed data.

7. No professional advice

The information provided on GapFeed is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute business, financial, legal, or investment advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making business decisions.

8. Third-party links

GapFeed may contain links to third-party websites (source posts, competitor sites). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of GapFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
